Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with LaGracia. Each jewellery piece is curated with great care and attention to detail. We truly value your trust and want you to have a seamless shopping experience.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


 1. Eligibility for Returns

Since jewellery is delicate, handcrafted, and often made-to-order, we accept returns only under specific conditions:

You may request a return if:

✔ You received a damaged or defective product
✔ You received the wrong item
✔ The product is missing parts or accessories mentioned on the Website

Returns are not accepted for:

✘ Change of mind / dislike of product
✘ Size/fit issues (please check product details before ordering)
✘ Items damaged due to customer mishandling
✘ Customized or personalized jewellery
✘ Sale/discounted items (non-returnable)


2. Return Request Process

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@lagracia.in within 48 hours of receiving the order

  2. Attach clear photos/videos of

    • The product

    • Packaging

    • Order invoice

  3. Our support team will review the request within 2–3 working days

  4. If approved, we will arrange pickup to ship it back 


 3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Tags, labels, and protective coverings must remain intact

  • Jewellery must not show signs of wear, scratches, or alterations

If the returned item fails quality inspection, the return will be rejected and the product will be shipped back to you.


 4. Refunds

Upon successful inspection of the returned item:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for refund reflection (may vary by bank/payment provider)

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the order was paid via COD, refund will be issued as:


 5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment.
If you want a replacement item, please initiate a return request (if eligible) and then place a new order.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing the order.
After this window, we begin processing your jewellery delivery, and cancellation will not be possible.


7. Damaged / Incorrect Product Delivery

If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours with photos/videos.
Our team will ensure:

✔ Free replacement
OR
✔ Full refund (only if replacement not possible)


 8. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings

  • Nose pins

  • Anklets

  • Custom-made jewellery

  • Engraved jewellery

  • Sale/clearance items


 9. Shipping & Reverse Pickup

Reverse pickup may not be available in all locations. If pickup is unavailable, you will need to ship the item back to us.
Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
